  I used the antec 380 since its got the word earth in it, it has to be good right? And at a slightly lower max power output it might save a few watts here and there.

250gb Western Digital 7200 RPM Sata Harddrive

All readings will be taken using a digital appliance load tester

When I first set the system up I was all ready to install a copy of Dell XP I got from a trade, but lo and behold it already had a working copy of Vista that was installed using this same motherboard about a year ago…sweet. So away I went
Software:
Boinc Rosetta
Folding GPU Client
ATI Tray Tools stress test
For Idle I’ll just let it boot up windows and sit for about 5 minutes for everything to balance out and take the reading

For the Boinc test I’ll start and run just Boinc

And for the full load test ill use Boinc, the Folding GPU client, and run the stress test from ATI Tray Tools
